Congratulations to Malala Yousafzai from around the world after photos of her graduation from Oxford University went viral.
Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai has been in the news for a number of reasons this year. First of all, the glamorous pictures of Vogue’s cover page went viral and Malala’s views on marriage in an interview given to a foreign magazine caused a stir on social media.
Malala, who was initially unsure of marriage, surprised everyone by announcing her marriage to PCB official Asr Malik just six months after the interview.
The latest reason Malala’s name is circulating again is her graduation from Oxford University. The 24-year-old Gul Makai’s timeline is full of congratulations and best wishes.
Malala’s fans have described the journey from being a child activist in Swat to becoming an Oxford graduate as “impressive”. Among the congratulators was Bollywood star Dia Mirza who retweeted Malala’s tweet and expressed her happiness.
Malala has completed her graduation, but a formal ceremony has now taken place. After graduating last year, Malala expressed happiness in her tweet, saying, “It is becoming difficult to express happiness and gratitude. I don’t know what will happen next.” Currently there will be Netflix, reading and sleep.
Asr and Malala first met in June 2018 at Oxford University where they came to meet friends. In this regard, Asr said in his tweet that the place where we first met on Malala’s graduation day felt a little more special.
